Landscape feeds our sensory memories and imagination and provides us with space to recall and revive ourselves and the relationships we value. The concept of “renewal” provides the milieu for the stories of revitalization, rekindling, and restitution, which we can experience with the natural environment.

After the devastation of the bush fires this summer, I know that we were all looking forward to the feeling of hope that the regeneration of the landscape and wild life would bring. Now we’re up against another huge challenge, with the concept of “Renewal” taking on even deeper meanings.
